Cycle Gear Houston Texas Changing Gears On Road Cycle. Was Told To Stay In The First Gear...any Suggestions As When And How To Change?

Changing gears on road cycle. was told to stay in the first gear...any suggestions as when and how to change? - cycle gear houston texas

He was asked in first gear when I bought my bike to stay, but sometimes I think it's too easy. Suggestions, if capable of switching more difficult?
I am confused by the shifter left and right ... Can anyone help?

Who tells the world that you are in the 1 ? remain There is a reason for the gear, if not, why should they? You have to answer your question, if you feel it is too easy to change the "serious" gear.

When riding a bicycle, use the lighter first course [transmissions], to upward or rapid acceleration. Wheels swivel key to go faster when they descend on a flat surface or to remain in employment

a high, hold your place in a low gear
This includes when a traffic light, traffic

Stay grear first is definitely too easy ... They offer tasting the videos on the wheel, a series of training and readyness until the next season Raod.
